2. *Electricity*
The communal generator operates on weekdays from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and on weekends/public holidays from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM. The energy consumed by the generator is included in your monthly electricity bill, which is calculated using a hybrid system that records energy consumption from all sources in kWh

In addition, each occupant is required to maintain a minimum monthly electricity deposit of *250,000* . At the end of each month, your total electricity consumption will be deducted from this deposit. Any surplus will roll over to the following month, while any deficit must be cleared alongside the replenishment of the monthly deposit back to the minimum deposit of *250,000*
